FAQ's - Donut Empire Sprinkles
Donut Empire "Sprinkles" cannot accept returns of purchases due to food safety regulations. Every packet of sprinkles we sell are inspected and leave our premises in premium condition. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible via email at email@example.com so we can assist you.
Donut Empire "Sprinkles" uses a combination of Australia Post and Mailman for our metro and country shipping options, depending on location of delivery. Your order will be shipped in a padded mailing bag for the safety of your sprinkles!
We aim to process your order within 2 business days. Your sprinkles will be posted within that time frame. Please allow between 2 - 7 business days for your parcel to arrive. Remote areas may take longer.
You will be given a tracking number with your purchase. Please use this number to track your parcel for delivery and contact the service provider if your order does not arrive in a timely fashion!
Please consider the delivery address for your sprinkles. They contain items (including chocolate) that will melt in warm conditions, and we would be so disappointed to hear that your package did not arrive in the same lovely state as we sent them.
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
